This application does not offer paid services and does not include any financial transactions, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

Ⅲ. Permits and Restrictions

Subject to compliance with these terms, we grant you a revocable and non-transferable license for personal use. You agree:

You can:

• Use this app on your mobile device for location sharing;
• Authorize or revoke location permissions;
• Share location data with authorized contacts.

You must not:

• Collecting, monitoring or tracking the location of others without permission;
• Use this application for any illegal, harassing or privacy-invading activities;
• Try reverse engineering, modifying and cracking this application;
• Accessing or interfering with servers through automated means;
• Spreading malicious software or engaging in destructive behavior.

If you abuse this application, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of it.

Ⅳ. Location Sharing and User Control

This application is based on the principle of mutual consent and only displays locations with the authorization of both parties.

You can set it up at any time through the in-app:

• Pause or disable location sharing
• Revoke the background location permission
• Delete shared records

After disabling sharing, the system will stop collecting and transmitting your location data.

V. Third-party Services

This application may integrate the following third-party services:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Google Maps SDK
• Services related to advertising platforms

The above-mentioned services may collect anonymous device information for stability analysis or map display.

We will not provide personally identifiable location information to advertising networks.

• We cannot guarantee that information will always be safe.

You should properly keep your device and account information and be responsible for your own operations.

You understand and agree:

• This application is based on the device signal, network status and GPS capability, and does not guarantee that the positioning data is always accurate.
• This app is for voluntary sharing between family and friends, not for:
  • Professional security monitoring
  • For law enforcement purposes
  • Emergency rescue system
• If the service is interrupted due to network failure, equipment abnormality or force majeure, we shall not be liable for the losses resulting from the interruption.
• You are responsible for your use of the App and its consequences.

Ⅷ. Service Changes and Interruptions

We have the right to at any time:

• Modify, update or stop a certain function;
• Carry out maintenance, upgrade or adjustment services;
